National Award Pick-Up

National awards (Top Cats, Kittens, Cats in Premiership, HHP, Breed) will only be available for pick up on Friday, Saturday and Sunday according to the schedule below. Awards will NOT be available for pick up during the awards banquet and ceremony. A request must first be made for the award during the times listed below. At that time, a card will be given to you which serves as a receipt for your pick-up request. Please bring the card with you when you pick up the actual award.

Larry Johnson will be available outside the ballroom starting at 3:30pm on Saturday for pictures. A generic award will be available for the photos OR you can bring your award with you to the banquet.

Annual Gift Bags

Small favors intended for all banquet guests must be brought to a designated location in the ballroom foyer between the hours of 1:00-2:30pm on Saturday before the banquet.

You will need to put your favors in each of the large gift bags provided (one for each dinner attendee), which will then be placed on the banquet table seats once filled by the region 1 team.

Banquet

Photos for On The Road Again (OTRA)

The “On the Road Again” coordinator, Cheryl Coleman, needs your photos for the 2026 On The Road Again show that starts off the festivities for Saturday night’s Awards Banquet.

We need your help so that ALL areas are represented. Please add a camera to your ‘show bag’ or use your smartphone to photograph fellow exhibitors during your free time. The more candid the shot, the better the picture. Higher resolution photos are key for being used in the presentation. Low resolution can cause photos to become fuzzy when enlarged, and people/cats are unrecognizable. If the subjects in the photo are so small you can’t recognize anyone or anything, it may not be usable.

Send your digital photos via USB/Flash Drives or download sites (such as TransferBigFiles or dropsend) to Cheryl no later Friday, June 5, 2026. Most photos are sent to Cheryl via your REGIONAL OTRA coordinator. However, please feel free to send them yourselves via the above methods if you
would like.

SPECS
• Digital files should be a minimum of 1200 x 900 pixels in size. Prefer JPEG format, not PNG.
• Photo ID: identify the photo of the exhibitor getting a national win. If it is someone who has died, please rename the file with their name, and let Cheryl know it is someone for the Memorial Section of OTRA. Or put those individuals in a separate folder.
• All photos must be scanned – please do not send original photos. Cheryl will accept USB keys/Flash Drives or zip files via Transferbigfiles.com and/or dropsend.com to:
cherylcoleman.2016@outlook.com    Email Cheryl for her mailing address, if you are planning to send a physical device.
• If you want any of the USBs returned, you MUST include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Otherwise, they will not be returned.

All OTRA and Memorial photos are due on Friday, June 5, 2026 – photos will NOT be accepted after the deadline, no exceptions.

Delegate Bag Donations

The “Roaring 20’s”

Celebrate this years Annual by donating towards the Delegate Bags!!!

Now is the time to showcase your club or event for the upcoming season, by including your club gift in the 2026 Annual Delegate Bag! There is plenty of time to order your donation. Some ideas have been, bookmarks, custom pins, rubber jar openers, luggage tags, hand sanitizers, first aid kits, sewing kits, game cards, pens, highlighter, post-its, cat toys, litter scoops, mints, bandaids, magnets, chip clips, small water bottles, reusable bags, snacks (pretzels, chips, cookies, granola bars, candy). Most can be found and personalized on-line. Some online sites are AliExpress, Temu, Amazon, Etsy, Oriental Trading or just Google it! If you can dream it, you can get it inexpensively put onto a product to advertise your event! Last year many Out-of-Region show producing clubs made sure their upcoming shows were already on the minds of exhibitors by placing a gift in the Delegate Bag.

We’re asking that you order ( 350) of your items, however you choose to create them, whether that’s a formal product that’s engraved or just a snack bag with a sticker showing off your club’s gift. Please remember all donated items should be labeled or personalized by the club or donor so we can easily identify who gave what donations.  Please ship them directly to:
