
Important Deadline for CFA Clubs Approaching
Club Fees and Membership Lists Due
February 3, 2025 is the deadline for receipt by CFA Central Office of all CFA club fees and membership lists in order for the club to be considered in good standing and be eligible to vote in the 2025 director-at-large election.
Crystal Thompson sent out a notice on January 7 to secretaries of clubs who had not submitted a club membership list and/or paid club fees. Check the online club status chart to find out when the club’s fees and/or list is received by Central Office. https://ecat.cfa.org/Club/Status
Club Fees
The $190 and may be paid online at http://catalog.cfa.org/fees.shtml#dues or by mailing a check to CFA.
Membership List
Membership lists must include current and accurate mailing addresses and email addresses for each member and an effective date for the membership, for example “Membership List Effective January 2025”. CFA uses this address information to update its database. The four club officers (President, Vice President, Secretary & Treasurer) must be indicated on the list or it will be considered incomplete.
The membership list MUST be submitted by the club secretary. If emailed, it must come from the club secretary’s email address which is on file at Central Office. If mailed or faxed, the list must be signed by the secretary of record. The list will not be accepted if it is submitted by another officer or member.
