When: Tuesday, June 15 from 9:00AM – 9:00PM CENTRAL daylight time (Houston TX time). The Zoom meeting will be open for 12 hours.
All delegates MUST log in to the Delegate Check-in Zoom meeting and be personally checked-in by one of the meeting hosts (Shelly Borawski, Amber Goodright or Allene Tartaglia). This is not an automated process and it requires you to participate in a Zoom meeting. It should take only 5-10 minutes of a delegate’s time. The Zoom meeting will be “manned” for 12 hours and we will be on standby waiting for you to log in. This is NOT an automated process. Delegates must actually speak with someone in the Zoom meeting to “check-in”.
ANNUAL MEETING ROLL CALL
Friday, June 18
Where: Each club’s delegate, who previously checked in as a delegate on Tuesday, will receive a personalized email from the Central Office on Thursday. The email will contain TWO links – one will be a personalized link is to access the roll call and voting webpage. The voting webpage is stand alone and separate from the Zoom Virtual Annual meeting. The voting webpage does not require Zoom. The other link will be for the official Zoom meeting for the Annual.
When: Roll Call starts at 7:00AM CENTRAL daylight time.
A club is considered “present and voting” only when the Roll Call question is answered via the online ballot. The determination of a quorum, and the ability to conduct business, will be determined by delegate participation in the Roll Call question between 7:00AM-9:00AM Central Daylight time.
The Annual Meeting is scheduled to start at 9:00AM Central time on Friday. There will be brief opening remarks by the President and Parliamentarian. Discussion and voting on amendments and resolutions will commence shortly thereafter. There are no live reports.
