CFA Timetable

• July 7, 2008
  New Club Applicant Deadline
  Completed club applications must be received in the Central Office by this date for consideration at the October 2008 Board Meeting.

• August 1, 2008
  Breed Council/Breed Committee Membership Deadline
  Membership applications for 2008 must be received in the Central Office no later than this date.

• August 7, 2008
  Judging Program Initial/First Specialty Applicant Deadline
  All materials must be submitted to the Judging Program Committee and requirements met by this date to be considered for acceptance into the program by the Board of Directors at the February 2009 Board Meeting.

  Judging Program Second Specialty Applicant Deadline
  All materials must be submitted and requirements met by this date to be considered for acceptance into the program by the Board of Directors at the October 2008 Board Meeting.

• August 15, 2008
  Deadline for Letters Regarding Applicants to the Judging Program
  All letters regarding applicants to the Judging Program being considered at the October 2008 Board Meeting must be received by the Judging Program Committee Secretary by this date.

*As June 1, 2008 falls on a weekend, this deadline is moved to the next business day.

Important Information: Club membership lists via e-mail and delegate forms or ballots received via fax or e-mail are not acceptable.

Declarations for any office should not be co-mingled with any other material (e.g. registration applications, show license applications, etc.). Receipt of declarations is acknowledged by the Central Office; therefore, if an acknowledgment is not received within 3 weeks after declaration has been mailed, please contact the office immediately.

Effective July 2001, club membership lists and documentation to change your club secretary will be accepted via fax. Please keep in mind that all documentation still needs to be signed by the appropriate club officers.
